The process of root canal treatment starts with the identification of the tooth that is infected. The symptoms are used to identify the issue. After the radiograph of a suspected tooth, the principal and final diagnosis is determined. You can detect the infected area by slight discoloration of the surrounding teeth and infection at the apex of the root. The surface of the tooth is cleaned to expose root canals. After the cavity is prepared, the root canals can be seen now on the tooth's occlusal surface. This permits the removal of infected pulp tissue.

Endodontics are utilized to remove the pulp tissues from the roots channels. Endodontic files are offered in various sizes. They are employed according to the size of the canal, as they differ in different teeth and in different individuals. These files are placed into the root canals from the occlusal side to clean out infected roots canals. These files are flexible because root canals may have curvatures near their tips.

Below is the infected root that is treated with the root canal treatment. The cause is caries infiltration in the Enamel and Dentin, which has reached the pulp. The root apex shows the formation of an abscess. After removing the pulp from the root canals, the canals are cleaned using disinfectant irrigating solution to ensure that no further affected tissue remains.

Then after successfully rinsing the canals, gutta-percha points are placed into the empty canals of the root to replenish the pulp tissue that was removed. Gutta-percha point are available in different sizes to fill the empty canal. The gutta percha points is adapted using pressure to push the gutta -percha points into the canals. To make sure that the gutta percha point will fit perfectly within the walls of the root canal they are stuffed with cement. the gutta percha points.

When the gutta-percha points have been inserted in the canal, an X-ray is performed to ensure that they are in place. You should be able to discern what the final outcome of the process appear before beginning. The outcome is predictable and simple to predict if the entire instruments have been done correctly. Restoration is the process to replace the structure of the tooth that was removed from the cavity. Patients prefer a tooth-colored restoration to protect their appearance. The success of the Root canal treatment is confirmed by examining a radiograph following the entire restoration has been completed.
