You must ensure that the gutta-percha point is well-fitted that you can predict the final outcome. If all previous instrumentation was done properly, the point will be easy to fit. The end result will be excellent. After the gutta percha point have been properly placed, it is time to create the restoration to replace the tooth structure that has been damaged. Patients prefer a tooth-colored restoration to maintain their appearance. The radiographs taken following the final restoration prove the efficacy of root canal therapy.
